Randi is a graphic artist, stylist and photographer who enjoys using multiple mediums to construct one of a kind creations. She is curious and can often be found developing new creative hobbies and gathering inspiration from the world around her, be it from vintage books, flea markets or the great outdoors.
She enjoys building projects from conception to completion, often being the designer, stylist and photographer and occasionally throwing in original elements such as watercolor, vector illustrations, drawings, and more. With a background in print design and a DIY lifestyle, she carries an interest in many kinds of creative projects and enjoy working with a team.
In 2010, Randi joined the world of blogging, launching swoonstudio, a lifestyle and DIY blog. She gained new skills and experiences from years of blogging including creating original DIY projects (for herself and as a contributor to other blogs), printables, styled parties, crafts for children, photography, and more. Through the years, swoon was featured on various sites such as HuffPost, Red Tricycle, 100 Layer Cakelet, Parents Magazine, Apartment Therapy, and more. It was named one of Babble’s top 50 craft blogs in 2013.
Randi lives with her dear husband, Jeremy and their three young children in the Pacific NW in an old home, which they remodeled in 2014. When she's not up to something creative, you can find her reading, gardening, eating tacos or paddling the Columbia River.
